Farmington Sports and Rehab Center was established in Farmington, Missouri, in 1989. A second location was added in January 2018 in Desloge, Missouri.

We pride ourselves on our 33-year commitment to the “Mineral Area.” Our knowledgeable, team members live in the local area and give us a “hometown advantage” and ensure our reputation as the premier provider of rehabilitation and sports medicine services in the region.

Our Sports and Rehab Centers provide comprehensive outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to complement the sports medicine program.
